Here’s my three-week experience with the upcoming new DROPS weight loss product. I have hypothyroidism so losing weight is a struggle and has been forever. I’ve tried smaller portions, less carbs and sugars, no soda etc etc etc many times before and no changes. None! And then.. I was offered the opportunity to try a brand new BEpic product that’s not even on the market yet! With minimal diet changes and these 𝑴𝑨𝑮𝑰𝑪 drops I’m losing weight and I’m not hungry! It’s seriously amazing to me and… there’s a second part which is a capsule that goes with the drops that I don’t even have yet !! I’m excited !! It’s not really magic but with very small changes it’s working for me!
The people who are losing the most are eating more healthy foods like lots of veggies and salads
and
various fruits . Those are NOT my faves, but I’m eating more of those than normal.I am trying to
make changes like mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes. Instead of regular pasta I am eating
spaghetti squash or chickpea pasta, etc. Smaller portions at three small meals per day with a
healthy snack in between seems to work well. And of course I’m trying to drink at least 100 oz
of
water per day. They say shoot for about half your body weight in ounces. You can add flavoring
or
fruit to jazz it up if you’d like! I’m also trying to stay within 1250 calories per day. The
drops
go under your tongue and you hold for a minute or so. Wait ten minutes then drink about 16oz of
water before each meal!
💦 Water is critical! I’m thrilled to report that in under three weeks I’m down over 9 lbs
